Welcome to the page dedicated to Casa Caterina, our cosy holiday home in Tuscany!
Casa Caterina has been completely renovated to make it comfortable and beautiful. We have respected the original structure and architectural details such as the Tuscan cotto floors, the old open fireplace in the sitting room and the stone walls.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor the front door opens onto a small hall from which a staircase that leads to the second floor. From the entrance hall, a door leads into the large sitting room with fireplace and sofas.
From the sittingroom, a door leads into the dining room. The dining room can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
Next to the dining room there is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a door that leads in the garden. Kitchen towels, cutlery and plates and glasses are provided.
On the top floor, there are 4 rooms: two double bedrooms which can be arranged as either twin rooms or double rooms, and two full bathrooms. On this floor as well, the original features and furniture of the house have been preserved.
Linens and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
One of the bedroom overlooks the village bell tower and the street.
The second bedroom as well can be arranged as a twin or as a double bedroom and it has a full ensuite bathroom. It overlooks the garden and the village homes.
Both rooms have plenty of storage space for luggage.
The bathrooms have been renovated and refurnished to meet the highest standard of comfort and hygene. They have showers.
The house is non-smoking only. Pets and children are welcome. Guests are responsible for the properties and will be charged in case of damage.
